Antes, la estrategia se basaba en llamar al mayor número posible de números a la vez.La idea era que cuantos más agentes llamaran a los contactos, mayor sería la probabilidad de establecer una conexión y mayores serían las ventas. Es por ello que los Contact Center están en la constante búsqueda de mejorar su tasa de conexión, asegurándose de que las llamadas se realicen en los mejores momentos y lograr que sean atendidas.
En general, nunca es buena idea llamar a primera hora de la mañana o a última de la tarde, ya que es cuando la gente está más ocupada o necesita estar tranquila. Hay que llamar a los clientes cuando es buen momento para ellos, según su perfil.
Es por ello que realizar un análisis de tu propio historial es un proceso que te ayudará a poder conocer los mejores horarios para poder comunicarte con tus clientes, este historial te brindará el paso inicial para identificar en que momento se debe de brindar un mayor foco a la gestión de tu Contact Center. Dentro de este análisis se debe de considerar lo siguiente.
1. Identificar el mejor horario para llamar, por perfil de cada cliente.
2. Identificar el horario que el cliente históricamente tuvo contacto.
3. Identificar en que horarios anteriormente el cliente tuvo resultados de no contacto.
4. Desarrollar un score telefónico.
5. Medir la ocupación y el tiempo hablado.
